Capital Amendment

First: Documents required for Initial Approval

Registration and licensing application, as well as proof of reserved trade name. To apply online for registration go to e-Application.
Original License and Original Certificate of Registration.
Approval of the Amendment to the Capital, from the Ministry of Economy (public / private shareholding companies).
Original Certificate of depositing the capital, issued by one of the banks
operating in the Emirate or statement of contribution in kind.
Amendment to the Memorandum of Association duly authenticated by the Notary Public, indicating the amendment to the capital.
Board of Director’s Resolution to amend the capital.
Certificate from the company’s director concerning amendment to the capital, certified by the auditor.
Photocopy of the auditor’s license issued in the Emirate, and Certificate of Registration in the Auditor Register.
The Company Budget of the year of issuance and the last year (only material capital).
Copy of the Memorandum of Association (only material capital).

The Web application at http://www.ded.gov.ae/English/reglcening/LicAmend/CapAmen could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application.
