Required Documents:
  • An official complaint letter in Arabic if possible.
  • A copy of trademark/agency registration.
  • A power of attorney authorizing the complaint.
  • A list of the complained against.
  • An original sample.
  • A fake sample.
  • A list of similarities/difference.
