Quality and Service Excellence is a strategic objective for the Government of Dubai - Dubai Economic Department. Thus, the cost of membership is heavily subsidized; however a nominal charge is levied per outlet in order to demonstrate the business commitment for the scheme and to cover part of the processing fees...

The cost of joining the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is summarized in the table below as follow:

Note: Please note that the above fees are correct at the time of publication; however, they may be revised from time to time. For existing DSES members, the DSES secretariat shall notify all existing members of any changes in advance.
