لمزاولة العمل الاقتصادي لابد من تسجيل الشركات والمؤسسات أولاً وذلك للحصول على رخصة معتمدة من الدائرة الاقتصادية، علماً بأن الدائرة الاقتصادية تسعى إلى توفير التسهيلات اللازمة لعملائها الكرام للشروع بالعمل الاقتصادي في دبي عبر تهيئة المناخ الاقتصادي الملائم لمزاولة كافة النشاطات، وضمان حقوق العميل والمستهلك، بالإضافة إلى الجهود الدؤوبة لتقليل الفترة الزمنية المستغرقة في إصدار الرخص، ضمن سلسلة إجراءات متوفرة في كافة فروع الدائرة أو عبر موقعها الإلكتروني.
