  • تعبئة استمارة التسجيل والترخيص، وذلك من خلال خدمات الدائرة الإلكترونية. يرجى الاطلاع على استمارة التسجيل والترخيص الإلكترونية.
  • الرخصة الأصلية أو صوره في حالة انتهاء الترخيص.
  • شهادة القيد الأصلية في السجل التجاري (في حالة كون المركز الرئيسي للشركة مسجل بإمارة دبي).
  • كتاب وزارة العمل بعدم الممانعة من الإلغاء.
