المستندات المطلوبة لتغيير موقع المنشأة

أولا: للحصول على الموافقة المبدئية:
  • تعبئة استمارة التسجيل والترخيص، وذلك من خلال خدمات الدائرة الإلكترونية. يرجى الاطلاع على استمارة التسجيل والترخيص الإلكترونية.
  • أصل الرخصة والسجل التجاري.
  • نسخة عن عقد إيجار موقع مزاولة النشاط متضمناً رقم الأرض.
  • وافقة التخطيط والدفاع المدني
 ثانيًا: بعد الحصول على الموافقة المبدئية:
  • جميع المستندات التي تم تقديمها مسبقاً للحصول على الموافقة المبدئية.
