    تتولى إدارة الرقابة التجارية وحقوق المستهلك بدائرة التنمية الاقتصادية مسؤولية تعزيز حقوق المستهلك والالتزام بممارسات التجارة العادلة في دبي من خلال:


    • تقديم المعلومات والمشورة للمستهلكين وتجار التجزئة والبائعين حول حقوقهم ومسؤولياتهم؛


    • مساعدة المستهلكين في حل النزاعات مع التجار


    • التأكد في الشكاوى حول الممارسات التجارية غير العادلة؛


    • تنظيم الأنشطة التجارية وفق مبادئ القانون
